- The Mythic Party 6 - La Fiesta Mítica 6 -

For our 6th edition of the Mythic Party, from 15 to 21 January 2020, we went further than ever before. We invited everyone, whether they could paint or not, to come and join in and paint with us "Umbala!",  a first of its kind fully sculpted and interactive playground for kids and adults and a prototype for playgrounds to be built by Misfits Unified all over the world. We were 60 people all together, and the event surpassed everyone's imagination: we all became joyful like little children, all working together, weaving our different styles and colors together, learning from each other and creating magical worlds all over the walls, sculptures and ceilings of "Umbala!".

"Umbala!" is a huge interactive board game incorporating a variety of puzzles, challenges, equations and treasure hunts, but it is so much more than a fun game, it is also an adventure where players get to walk/run/climb/crawl to the seven continents, the North Pole, fairy tale lands, magic carpet rides, visit the forest of the 7 dwarves, and so much more. It is accessible for all ages, little toddlers can play, but also grandparents can follow and skip the physical challenges, this way "Umbala!" brings the whole family together.

This "Umbala!" is a prototype for the playgrounds that we want to create all over the world. It can be made to fit in any space, any park, any campus or business park and can be any size or theme: it could be the history of a city or a country, an underwater world, a space adventure or a pirate battle, the possibilities are endless.

Because it is a prototype, all of the structure has been built by us by hand, over the course of about 3 months: First creating a metal structure and then plastering it with cement. For future projects we can incorporate pre-fabricated segments and assembly methods and the building can be made to comply to any country's building and safety regulations.

After the cement tunnels were created, they were decorated with scenes of sculptures during our 1 month-long, completely free, Misfits Unified Sculpting Extravaganza, which we held from 12 November to 12 December 2019. We held our first edition  of the Extravaganza in 2018 out of a desire to share our passion for cement sculpting. The concept of the Sculpting Extravaganza is simple:  anyone who wants to learn how to sculpt is welcome to join in, whether they have artistic background or not, and we all join together to learn from each other and create beauty with metal and cement. By the end of the month, everyone can sculpt, even people who had never done so before, but more than that: everyone feels like family after having worked so close together and sharing the pride for their collective creation.

Para nuestra sexta edición de Mythic Party, del 15 al 21 de enero de 2020, fuimos más lejos que nunca. Invitamos a todos, ya sea que pudieran pintar o no, a que se unan y pinten con nosotros "¡Umbala!", El primer parque infantil totalmente esculpido e interactivo para niños y adultos y un prototipo de parques infantiles que Misfits Unified construirá. por todo el mundo. "¡Umbala!" es un gran juego de mesa interactivo que incorpora una variedad de acertijos, desafíos, ecuaciones y búsqueda del tesoro, pero es mucho más que un juego divertido, también es una aventura donde los jugadores pueden caminar / correr / escalar / gatear a los siete continentes , el Polo Norte, las tierras de cuentos de hadas, los paseos en alfombras mágicas, visitar el bosque de los 7 enanos y mucho más. Es accesible para todas las edades, los niños pequeños pueden jugar, pero también los abuelos pueden seguir y saltar los desafíos físicos, de esta manera "¡Umbala!" une a toda la familia

Este "Umbala!" es un prototipo para los parques infantiles que queremos crear en todo el mundo. Puede adaptarse a cualquier espacio, parque, campus o parque empresarial y puede ser de cualquier tamaño o tema: puede ser la historia de una ciudad o un país, un mundo submarino, una aventura espacial o una batalla pirata, Las posibilidades son infinitas.

Debido a que es un prototipo, toda la estructura ha sido construida por nosotros a mano, en el transcurso de aproximadamente 3 meses: primero creando una estructura metálica y luego enluciéndola con cemento. Para proyectos futuros, podemos incorporar segmentos prefabricados y métodos de ensamblaje, y el edificio se puede hacer para cumplir con las normas de seguridad y construcción de cualquier país.

Después de que se crearon los túneles de cemento, se decoraron con escenas de esculturas durante nuestra Extravaganza de escultura unificada Misfits, de 1 mes de duración, completamente gratis, que celebramos del 12 de noviembre al 12 de diciembre de 2019. Celebramos nuestra primera edición de la Extravaganza en 2018 por el deseo de compartir nuestra pasión por la escultura de cemento. El concepto de Extravaganza de escultura es simple: cualquiera que quiera aprender a esculpir es bienvenido, ya sea que tenga antecedentes artísticos o no, y todos nos unimos para aprender unos de otros y crear belleza con metal y cemento. A finales de mes, todos pueden esculpir, incluso las personas que nunca antes lo habían hecho, pero más que eso: todos se sienten como una familia después de haber trabajado tan juntos y compartir el orgullo por su creación colectiva.
